Moira Gallagher joined McKinley Research Group in 2022. In addition to specializing in housing and economic development research, her background includes deep experience in business development, financial analysis, and public policy.
Prior to joining MRG, Moira worked in business transformation roles for Alaska-based companies Pango Technology and The Alaska Club. She was a policy advisor at the US Department of Treasury and a business consultant for Oliver Wyman consulting in Boston. Born and raised in Alaska, she is based in the
Anchorage office, and is active as a volunteer in community development projects for downtown Anchorage. Moira earned a bachelor’s degree in European History from Dartmouth College, and a master’s in Finance from Trinity College, Dublin.
